Inkdog Studio is a Los Angeles based art studio with both virtual and physical spaces, showcasing artwork created in-house and produced locally. The mission is simple: craft playful, vibrant pieces that spark imagination and share joy.
As Creative Director, I built Inkdog from the ground up, shaping the brand identity and producing the artwork that defines its distinctive style.
Brand Identity
Bold, characterful, and built to last. The identity spans a logo with distinct colorways, brand guidelines, print collateral, and merchandise, all designed to carry the same energy as the work itself.
Marketing Assets
Inkdog's personality carried through into every touchpoint. Social media, the website, and digital interactions were all designed to feel like natural extensions of the studio, playful and engaging without losing the craft behind it.
The Artwork
The work draws from traditional Japanese brush painting and woodblock printing, reinterpreted through a bold, contemporary lens. Each piece is brought to life through a range of production techniques including risography, giclée printing, and screen printing, chosen deliberately to give every print its own texture, finish, and character.
